Stellar Blade Won’t Have Any Paid DLC
New statements were made for Stellar Blade, the action-adventure game offered to players by Shift Up, and the future of the game was discussed. This production, which was released exclusively for PlayStation 5 consoles, will not have any paid DLC, according to the announced details.
Character costume packs are on the way
In an interview with South Korean site Ruliweb (via Push Square), Shift Up CEO and Stellar Blade director Kim Hyung Tae said that the game will feature a “New Game Plus” mode upon launch. He also stated that various updates will be included in the game in the future, completely free of charge.
In addition to the 30 outfits available in the base game published by Sony, we can say that many costume packages for the main character are on the way. Kim Hyung Tae stated that the third-person action-adventure game will not have any micropayment system and all content to be offered in the future will be completely free.
As you know, Bandai Namco and Capcom recently released games such as Tekken 8 and Dragon’s Dogma 2. The micropayment systems in these games are highly criticized by players.
On the other hand, PlayStation confirmed that the Stellar Blade demo will be released this week.
