PS Plus Free Games for March 2024 Include Surprise Bonus Game
Sony has officially revealed the free PlayStation Plus games for March 2024. PlayStation Plus subscribers will be able to claim the new free games for their digital libraries beginning Tuesday, March 5, but in the meantime, there is still time to snag the free PS Plus games for February 2024.
The free PlayStation Plus games for February 2024 were headlined by day one game Foamstars, an online multiplayer action game from Square Enix, with Rollerdrome and Steelrising also part of the lineup. Any PS Plus subscribers that have yet to claim the free games for February 2024 have until Monday, March 4 to do so. Keep in mind that the free games are available to PS Plus subscribers across all tiers, so those signed up for Extra and Premium can grab them as well.
Soon, the free PS Plus games for February 2024 will be replaced by the March 2024 lineup, which will include Destiny 2: The Witch Queen, EA Sports F1 23, Hello Neighbor 2, and Sifu. Sifu was previously leaked for the lineup, so PS Plus subscribers already knew to expect it, but the other three games should be a surprise. What’s an even bigger surprise is that Sony is giving away four free games as part of the PS Plus free games for March 2024 lineup, when it typically only gives away three games every month.
Besides the extra free game, there’s another surprise freebie coming as part of the March 2024 lineup. PlayStation Plus subscribers will also have the chance to claim the S.O Sleek Bundle for The Finals, the hit free-to-multiplayer FPS game. The S.O Sleek Bundle includes 2 Epic Outfits and 12 Epic Weapon skins for PS Plus subscribers to claim. The February 2024 PS Plus lineup also included some free PlayStation-themed skins for Fall Guys, so it will be interesting to see if this extra freebies trend continues.
Later in the month, those signed up for the PS Plus Extra and Premium tiers of the service will have even more games to check out. Sony typically adds new PS Plus Extra and Premium games sometime in the middle of the month, though fans will have to wait for more news on that front. It’s also worth pointing out that there are 7 PS Plus Extra and Premium games leaving in March, so subscribers may want to prioritize those ahead of the new additions.
