Ninja Theory: Gamers Enjoy Concise Games

Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 developer Ninja Theory made various statements and stated that fans mostly enjoy short and story-oriented games. The Microsoft-owned studio recently announced that Hellblade 2 will be released on May 21 for Xbox Series X/S and PC.

 

Ninja Theory wants to please fans with a sequel

Ninja Theory studio head Dom Matthews made some statements in an interview with IGN and said: “What we always do is to balance storytelling and game length. The fact that the game is short is not actually a negative situation. What is important here is the way the story is told and its size.” “Dedicating more than 50 or 100 hours to a game is a negative situation for me. I am in favor of keeping the games short.”

 

Senua’s Saga: The first game of the Hellblade series was presented to us with its short storytelling and gameplay content. The sequel of the series aims to offer a story-oriented gaming experience by adopting the same style.

 

In other news, Tameem Antoniades, who served as Ninja Theory’s co-founder and chief creative director, has confirmed that he has left the studio.
