Images from Monolith’s Canceled Batman Game Leaked!
New images have emerged from the Batman game, which the Monolith team had previously developed and shelved. The screenshots and gameplay videos of this project, codenamed Project Apollo, will really excite fans.
The canceled project was going to include the Nemesis system
As far as is known, Warner Bros. wanted to create a series to make the Batman brand stronger. He found Project Apollo, which would be a part of the series, inadequate. After the project was canceled accordingly, Monolith transformed the existing Batman game into The Lord of the Rings game, and this production became Shadow of Mordor.
The canceled Batman game was going to feature the same Nemesis system we saw in Shadow of Mordor. Here, players would be able to climb up with the hook, swing, and move around the city by driving the Batmobile. Also, unlike Batman: Arkham Knight, there would be no long battle scenes with the Batmobile in the game.
Project Apollo would have an important place in the Arkham series, including the Batmobile, Nemesis system and stealth sections. The fighting style was similar to the Arkham games.
