Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Officially Announced!

The sequel, Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, published by Deep Silver and developed by Warhorse Studios, has been officially announced. The production, which aims to offer us an open world action role-playing experience, will be released for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC (Steam, Epic Games Store) in 2024.

 

Expectations from the sequel are quite high

Kingdom Come: Deliverance II aims to convey to us the civil war and chaos in 15th century Bohemia. The open world, which proved itself with the first game, is now presented to us in a larger way. With the released trailer, the names of the development team state that in addition to the 3-hour cinematics in the original game, there will be more than 5 hours of cinematic cutscenes in the new game.

 

With the sequel, the scope of the game expands even more and we can find ourselves in wider environments both in terms of mechanics and story. As in the first game, we will take part in the new game as Henry of Skalitz and prepare to prove ourselves as an ordinary person.

 

Editor’s note: As someone who played the first game, I am looking forward to the sequel. Judging by the released trailer, it seems that the difficulty of the fighting mechanics in the first game will continue in the second game. We can also see the addition of crossbows and firearms in the trailer.
