The Creator of X-Files Supported the Reboot Project

X-Files returns with its reboot project. The new series, which will be shot by Rya Coogler, the director of Black Panther, also managed to get support from Chris Carter, the creator of the original story. But according to Carter, the series now has a much bigger problem.

Speaking to the Inverse team recently, Carter stated that he had a phone conversation with Coogler before. Stating that they had a “pleasant conversation”, Carter also asked Coogler where his ideas came from. The answer he received seems to have satisfied the director.

But according to Carter, the biggest problem Coogler will face will be “today’s conditions”. Because Carter thinks that the world we live in is now nothing more than a “conspiracy theory”. According to Carter, no one can truly know the truth, and the understanding of “reality” has become very subjective.
