Load the Woodfire hopper with your chosen wood pellets (Kona blend is recommended for a balanced smoke flavor). Set the grill to the Smoker Setting at 200°F (93°C) and set the timer for 1 hour.

  2. Prepare Ingredients: While the grill preheats, thinly slice your white onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper. Wash and thoroughly dry the sliced mushrooms. In a large bowl, toss the prepared onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, then season generously with granulated garlic, granulated onion, salt, and black pepper, ensuring all vegetables are evenly coated. Next, carefully slice your ribeye steak into very thin strips – partially freezing the steak for 15-20 minutes can make this step much easier.
